The Don Carlos 90 Años - "Historia de Dos Capas" (The History of Two Wrappers) is a historic tribute to the 90th birthday of the late patriarch, Carlos Fuente Sr. This release is defined by a unique, multi-year "wrapper-on-wrapper" aging process.

The Story:
Inspired by an experiment where Carlito Fuente Jr. hand-wrapped a Dominican Corojo leaf over his father’s favorite Cameroon blend, this cigar symbolizes the union of father and son. It represents the fusion of Fuente’s heritage (Cameroon) and their future (Dominican estate-grown Corojo).

Key Features:
Double Wrapper Construction: Unlike a barber-pole, the Corojo wrapper is applied directly over the original Cameroon wrapper.

Two-Year Aging: The cigar is aged for one year with the first wrapper, re-rolled with the second, and aged for a second full year to marry the flavors.
